Strawberry Shortcake

It was recently my bday... I won't tell you which one... BUT I will tell you that I had so many fun mini celebrations with great friends! One of my favorites was dining al fresco with my friend Sarah in her backyard. Sarah is an amazing cook and totally gluten-free, so it was healthy and delicious!

AND she made me an amazing, gluten-free strawberry shortcake (biscuit style) which I ate so much of that I got a stomach ache...

BUT the stomach ache didn't stop me from eating the leftovers for breakfast the next day...

The best way to spend a Sunday...

I've been MIA but I'm back and ready to blog, so watch out!

I'll start with my weekend... I spent Sunday relaxing with my friend Gina, we went to the Beverly Wilshire Hotel for massages and then we sat poolside for the rest of the afternoon.  Amazing!
