get the look: KATIE HOLMES RED TOP AND FLARE JEANS

Katie Holmes spoke at the National Dance Day celebration in a bold red top and flare jeans.  She shaded her face from the sun with a lightweight summer fedora.  This look is simple but still stands out; the neutral accents really make the bold red stand out!
