trend watch: MILITARY JACKET

Military jackets are everywhere you turn these days.  Why?  Because they rock and they go with everything!  Jessica Simpson was spotted in a casual all black look and loose military jacket while Vanessa Hudgens rocked her military jacket over a pair of print shorts.

    Love this look! I also have my Dad's military jacket (thank goodness he was a little guy) and I love to wear it in the cool weather! This year I think I'm going to dress it up with some sparkle. ;)

    I don't even know where to begin to explain my love for military khaki jackets, anoraks/parkas, etc.! I was on the hunt for the perfect one for ages, and when I found it, I seriously wore it so often, because I found it was easy and comfortable to wear, and went with a lot of outfits.

    I was in China last year, and these kinds of jackets were all over asia! Lots of trends here now were in China last year. It's so cool to see how style follows right along just a season behind. Lucky me because I bought some of this stuff CHEAP last year including my warm army green parka thing ;) That military jacket is adorable! I love the feminine take on it!!

    I love the structured military look - harsh lines, gold buttons, stiff. Think parade day than in-the-trenches day. I like the trench- the color is especially versatile!

    A million times yes to military cargo jackets! I wear mine way a lot! With dresses, jeans, or skirts I love them! They make things look edgy and more casual!
