get the look: RACHEL BILSON HIGH WAISTED SHORTS AND T-SHIRT

Rachel Bilson was spotted in a casual and transitional look.  She tucked in a simple black t-shirt into a pair of high waisted shorts and carried a lightweight cardigan, just in case.  This look is great for a warm day or throw on tights as the weather cools down!
