get the look: RACHEL BILSON BLACK TOP AND DENIM SHORTS


Rachel Bilson added a little frill to a casual pair of denim cut offs with a cute black top that featured texture and ruffle.  She finished the look off with white sandals and a large everyday bag.  This outfit is simple, easy and casual but with subtle details that set it apart!
